1. What kind of DNA data do I need to use BioCore Genetics?

We accept raw DNA files from AncestryDNA, 23andMe, MyHeritage, and most services that offer genome data in .txt or .zip format. If you’re not sure what you have, just reach out — we’ll help you confirm it.

2. I’ve already done 23andMe or Ancestry. What’s different about BioCore?

Most companies give you vague trait summaries or ancestry breakdowns. We go deeper — translating your raw genome into personalized insights about how your body, brain, and behavior actually work.

3. What kinds of insights will I get?

Depending on the tier, you'll receive analysis on:

4. How long does it take to get my report?

Reports are delivered via email within 48–72 hours after we receive your uploaded DNA file.

5. How secure is my DNA file and personal information?

Your data is encrypted, kept private, and automatically deleted after 90 days. We will never sell or share your information. Additionally, we do not keep a record of your genome analysis. Once it's yours, it's yours only.

6. What if I didn’t test with Ancestry or 23andMe?

Reach out to us with your test provider and file format. If we can work with it, we will. If not, we’ll let you know upfront.

7. I’m not great with tech. How do I upload my DNA file?

No worries. Once you create your BioCore account, you’ll be walked through it step-by-step. If you get stuck, just email support — we’ll help you get it done in minutes.
