• We collect your name and email during account registration.
• We securely process your uploaded DNA file solely to provide your report.
• We do not collect unnecessary data or use your data for any other purpose.

DNA File Retention

Uploaded DNA files are stored securely and encrypted. They are retained for 90 days to ensure report delivery and re-download availability. After that, they are permanently purged from our system.

No Selling or Sharing of Data

We never sell, share, or rent your genetic data — to any third parties, researchers, marketers, or anyone else. Ever.

Security

Your uploaded files and personal information are encrypted and stored using industry-standard protocols. Our systems are regularly updated to ensure the highest level of protection.
