BioCore Genetics offers personalized DNA interpretation services based on raw data uploaded by the customer. These services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activity on your account.

3. DNA File Uploads

By uploading a DNA file, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share the data. You may only upload your own DNA data or that of someone who has provided explicit permission.

4. Delivery Time

Reports are typically delivered within 48–72 hours of DNA file upload. Delays may occur and will be communicated if necessary.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our reports, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact support@biocoregenetics.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. Data Handling

DNA files are stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or genetic data with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and reports are the intellectual property of BioCore Genetics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part without written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
